Revenue protection

Spot fraud and problems
before they cost revenue

A charger only earns when everything adds up: the connection, the meter readings, the cards and the tariffs. Proxilink continuously watches at protocol level and alerts you the moment something deviates.

Why now

Public chargers have become a target

Chargers sit outside unattended, talk to dozens of parties and process payments. From cloned charge cards to QR phishing on the screen: anyone earning from charging has something to lose. Most operators only notice on the settlement.

What we monitor

Nine detection lines, one overview

01

Duplicate and suspicious connections

Flags when a second device tries to identify as your charger or a connection behaves oddly — a classic sign of hijacking or spoofing.

02

Charge cards being 'guessed'

A burst of rejected cards in quick succession points to someone probing card numbers. You get an alert before a valid card is found.

03

Meter readings that don't add up

Readings that jump back, stall or rise impossibly fast are detected. Nobody underpays — and you never over-invoice.

04

Outdated firmware, visible

One overview of every charger with version and vendor. Outdated or suddenly changed firmware is the biggest attack surface — you see where you stand at a glance.

05

Every session at the right tariff

A daily check that the billed tariff exactly matches what you configured — per charger, per hour. Deviations caused by platform or roaming errors surface immediately.

06

QR sessions within the deposit

For QR payments Proxilink tracks the session cost live and stops it automatically before it exceeds the deposit. No more unpaid kilowatt hours.

07

Cloned or shared cards

The same card appearing on two chargers at once, or too soon after one another to have driven there, points to a cloned or shared card. Proxilink compares your sessions and sets such cases aside for review.

08

Fake QR stickers (quishing)

If QR traffic on a charger suddenly collapses while the charger keeps charging, a fake sticker may be diverting payments to a counterfeit page. Proxilink spots the drop so you can inspect the charger.

09

Sessions that never get billed

Sessions that start but never settle cleanly let revenue leak away. Proxilink reconciles started sessions against billing and shows what does not add up.

Design principles

Hard on fraud, invisible to your customers

Alerts, never blocks

Detection never interferes with charging itself. Your charger keeps working — including for cards from other networks. You decide what happens with an alert.

Privacy by design

No card numbers or raw meter data are stored: only derived, anonymised facts. Detection without a behavioural file.

An honest dashboard

A check that hasn't seen traffic yet shows 'waiting' — not a green tick. You always know what is actually being monitored and what isn't yet.
